How We Work, From the First Call to the Last Room
Nothing here is a slogan. Every line is in the written scope you receive.
Hiring someone to work inside your house is mostly an act of trust, and most of the anxiety comes from not knowing what happens next. This page removes that. You will find here exactly how an estimate is produced, what gets protected before any work starts, how a day on site actually runs, what the written warranty covers and what it does not, and what happens if something is not right at the end. Nothing here is a slogan. Every line is something you can hold us to, and every one of them is in the written scope you receive before the first day.
The Estimate, in Writing
You tell us the rooms, the surfaces and anything already broken. Photos help more than descriptions, especially for a ceiling stain or a patch that failed before.
The owner comes to the house and looks at the actual walls, because square footage does not tell you what a surface needs. A room with smooth walls and one anchor hole and a room with textured walls, a water stain and dark paint going light are not the same job.
Then you get the scope in writing: what is included, what is not, what the surface needs before paint, and the warranty attached.
A Confirmed Date
A date you can plan around, not a window that keeps moving.
When weather has to move an exterior start, you hear it as soon as we know, with the new date. Waiting a day for the right conditions is part of doing exterior work properly here, and it is better said out loud than absorbed silently into a schedule you were counting on.
The House Gets Protected First
Before the first can comes off the truck:
- Floors covered along the whole path
- Furniture moved to the middle and covered
- Plastic sealing the doorway in progress
- Switch plates and hardware removed
- Outlets and vents masked
The kitchen and at least one bathroom stay in service every single day of the job.
A Day on Site
We work one zone at a time, so the house never becomes a construction site all at once.
Repairs happen before paint, always, because paint reports on a wall instead of hiding it. Holes filled, cracks bridged, texture rebuilt to match what is already there.
At the end of each day the tools go back in the truck, the floor gets swept and the room you need tonight is a room you can use tonight. Not at the end of the week. Every day.
The Warranty, and What It Does Not Cover
Interior painting carries a 1-year written warranty. Exterior painting carries 2 years. The list below is in your estimate before the work starts, not produced afterward.
| Covered | Not covered |
|---|---|
| Peeling or flaking paint | Water damage |
| Blistering | Mold from structural issues |
| Cracking | Leaks or flooding |
| Adhesion failure | Impact damage from furniture or objects |
| Staining from incorrect application | Grease and dirt buildup |
| Poor coverage appearing early | Natural sun fading |
| Uneven or imprecise finish lines | Structural wall problems |
| Repairs made by others after our work |
The right-hand column is the honest part. A warranty that claims to cover everything covers nothing in practice, because the argument just moves to the end when you need it.
If Something Is Not Right
Walk the job with us at the end. Point at anything that bothers you.
Being based in Goose Creek is what makes this real rather than a policy: coming back for a touch-up is a short trip, not a scheduling negotiation. That is the whole reason a written warranty from a local company is worth more than the same words from a company an hour away.
Four things that help
How to Get Ready for the Visit
You do not need to do much, and these four things make the estimate more accurate.

Questions About How We Work
Do we need to move out?
No. We work one zone at a time and keep the kitchen and a bathroom in service every day.
What happens if you find more damage once you start?
You hear about it before we keep going, with what it changes in the scope and the price. Nothing gets discovered on the invoice.
Who actually does the work?
The owner. The person who priced the job is the person doing it, which is why nothing gets lost between the estimate and the wall.
How do you handle payment?
Venmo, cash, Zelle or check. We do not take cards and we do not offer financing.
What if the weather moves my exterior job?
You get the new date as soon as we know. Coating into the wrong conditions is how a two-year finish becomes a one-season finish, so we wait rather than push.
